Refund Policy

At LearnAgile, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses and learning materials.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Digital Courses: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed.

  • Subscription Plans: Refunds will only be issued for unused subscription periods if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial subscription date.

  • Workshops & Live Training: Refunds will be granted if cancellation is made at least 5 business days before the start date.

Refund requests should be sent to support@learnagile.education with proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Online Courses: You may cancel access to a course at any time by contacting support@learnagile.education. Cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds unless they meet the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

  • Events & Training Sessions: For live or instructor-led events, cancellations made less than 5 business days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Terms of Service

    By accessing or using LearnAgile’s website, services, and courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

  2. Services Provided
    LearnAgile offers online courses, subscription-based learning, and live training events. Service details, pricing, and schedules are available on our website.

  3. User Responsibilities
    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate account information.

    • Use our content for personal, non-commercial learning only.

    • Not share, resell, or distribute our course materials without permission.

  1. Payments
    Payments must be made in full before accessing paid services. We accept payments via approved gateways listed on our website.

  2. Refunds & Cancellations

  3. Intellectual Property
    All content on LearnAgile is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent.

    LearnAgile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  5. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
