Manage Construction Resources

This course is designed to equip learners with the essential skills to manage key resources in construction projects, including labour, plant and equipment, and materials. Aligned with the National Certificate in Construction Contracting (NQF Level 2), this course covers effective recruitment and deployment of labour, the procurement and maintenance of construction equipment, and the strategic management of materials. Through practical lessons and assessments, learners will gain the knowledge and tools necessary to optimize resource usage, enhance productivity, and ensure successful project delivery.
